For those who don’t want to download, there are two streaming formats - WMV and Flash. The highest quality WMVs are the same size and bitrate as the downloadable videos, and the best quality Flash vids are 640×480 with a slightly higher bitrate than the WMVs. Even so, I prefer the WMVs as the motion is more natural. The streaming vids come in 4 sizes, so members with any internet connection can enjoy them.

One thing worth mentioning here is that the downloadable videos use DRM. That stands for digital rights management, and it means that you will need to input your username and password for each video, and once your membership expires, the videos will no longer play. Mac users, please note: DRM is not compatible with Mac, so you will not be able to play the videos.
